^Orion with his ridiculously cute nose
Today was ultrasound #2! Great news: the placenta, which had been covering the cervix, has moved up and is no longer even touching the cervix! YAY! The doctor who looked at the images said it's just "low lying," which is a vast improvement from complete placenta previa. This is a huge relief!!! We do have to have one more ultrasound in 4-6 weeks to make sure the placenta continues to move nice and far away from the cervix so it won't be a concern at all during delivery.
Orion was sleeping during the whole ultrasound and his head was actually covering the cervix and placenta, so the tech ended up having to do an internal ultrasound to get the images she needed. We got a video this time, and though he's not moving much you can still see the little guy in his natural habitat. You can watch his heart beat and see him in all his cuteness. It's pretty awesome. Have a look!

How far along? 25 weeks even
Total weight gain/loss: +12 pounds. Just rolled over to the next 10... whew!
Maternity clothes? Yep. I'm having trouble dressing myself.
Sleep: Mostly good.
Best moment this week: Finding out the placenta moved off the cervix, hearing Orion's heartbeat with a stethoscope, seeing his cute face on ultrasound
Movement: A ton! He's crazy! But he's a brat and slept through the ultrasound
Food cravings: This week I wanted hash browns and Pisanello's pizza
Food aversions: Mexican food (especially Chipotle)
Labor Signs: None
Belly Button in or out? Out for sure
What I miss: Sleeping on my back and belly
What I am looking forward to: Getting nursery built and set up
Milestones: No longer having placenta previa! Just low lying placenta now, and that's WAY better. I probably won't have to have a c-section now :)
