The first sprouts have appeared!! I'll take pictures later, but I wanted to let you know because I'm a dork and I'm excited. Most of the marigolds have sprouted and at least one of the watermelons. Yaaay!
I remember my dad starting seeds indoors when I was a kid, but I've never done it myself, so I hope I don't screw it up ;)

I get excited to see sprouts too. So fun! I think my oldest is a little too anxious though. I caught her examining the little pots today, checking very carefully for signs of life... only problem is that we just planted our seeds yesterday.
BTW, did you do broccoli last year?
Haha, I did that too :P I only planted mine three days ago though and most of them have sprouted!!
Yes I did. It only did OK.
I have a feeling I would be check seeds all the time to see if they sprouted. With my gardening skill though, they would never sprout.
